That's such a delicious recipe. I used to serve this for company along side falafel since there's almost always a vegetarian or two in the mix.

Then I put out pita bread and chopped veggies, plus a bunch of dips like hummus, raita, babaghanoush, tabbouleh.

Kentucky Fried Chicken on fancy plates with all the sides in fancy bowls. Don't forgets to bag up the containers so they don't see it's from the Colonel.

Assuming you are serving outside, how do you plan to keep food warm? I am worried nice dinner foods will be ice cold now that it has turned to fall temps.
