What was he doing in El Salvador, anyhow? Organizing migrant caravans to create a humanitarian crisis on our border? Somehow I wouldn't doubt it.

So he died of pneumonia. He had covid but what did him in was pneumonia. And for those who don’t know pneumonia can quickly cause someone to deteriorate health wise especially if there is any underlying condition. It also can cause a person health issues for years to come.

Ask Florida why their COVID rates are so low? Because they classify the deaths as pneumonia.
