Very nice house, but the price seems right, looking at nearby comps. This isn't "Bethedsa" in the residential sense - it's outside the beltway, it's not even Democracy Plaza. It's an hour commute in rush hour.

The floor plan has been ruined by their remodel. The new family room will be freezing in the winter and boiling hot in the summer. The new "casual eating" room is not really eat-in, but quasi-dining room like, but there is also a dining room--and it clearly used to be the old family room. They lost a bedroom to the new laundry room. Great, I'm glad the maid now has a view while she's doing the laundry. I'd rather have the bedroom.

I hatehatehate the finishes, and the open shelving in the kitchen is a huge PITA. There is also a lot of wasted space in the kitchen.

While the house looks appealing at first glance, there is a lot wrong with what was done with it from a flow and style point. It's also *already* dated and going out of fashion.

I do like the classic look of the outside, though. You can work with that, it will never be totall in or out.

Kitchen is a disaster, all open cabinets low rate small appliances

Not a huge fan of the interior finishes at all. It's okay. Don't get me wrong. But eh.

Backyard is fantastic however. And the facade is nice and classic.

Why why why with such a HUGE kitchen would they put the stove 18” away from the fridge AND have the fridge door open backwards.

If that kitchen design is any indication of the rest of the house’s flow, then it’s a disaster.

Painting the brick and the woodwork destroyed the character of the home.

The opening refrigerator door is very odd.
