A nice change from the old boring McMansions. Some of the finishes are trendy - the kitchen looks like it could be in a Restoration Hardware spread - but it's just beautiful with a gorgeous lot. |
Darn phone. in Bethesda. https://www.redfin.com/MD/Bethesda/7911-Greentree-Rd-20817/home/10893570 |
I love this home! |
FYI - restoration hardware is cheap crap made in vietnam in the same factories as much cheaper brands, and with the same quality. |
I am the most basic of bitches. I will admit it.
I love this. Love love love this. ... and I can actually afford it! ![]() Sadly I’m not in the market. |
I'm surprised by the price. Wow, Bethesda is more affordable than I thought! Not affordable by me mind you, but still. |
Wtf is with all the towels hanging out of the sinks. |
Gorgeous. I hope it's staged otherwise this family has 4 boys & 2 girls which is craziness. |
I'm the OP of the thread. I meant to write Rejuvenation Hardware catalogue. |
Damn. My SFH in Clarendon is more than that and 1/4 size. |
Hmm—sold less than 2 years ago. Something fishy? |
Is yours from the 1960s? |
Wow.
It will be very dated in a few years. Barn door in the kitchen? Yes, this is trendy but as trendy goes it will be unfashionable in a few years. Exterior is meh. Boring colonial of its age. I don’t like the staircase. I like a nice proper staircase and not some half hearted affair embarrassed by that it’s a boring staircase that it slinks quietly upstairs, hoping no one sees it. Give me a classic staircase with an open well and landing. |
Something is indeed fishy. $1.5 for a house like that on a half-acre lot in Bethesda?? Surprising. |
Flood zone? |
