Um... no, it's because front loaders have a much higher speed spin cycle which extracts the water at the end. Centrifugal force. It's pretty cool. |
... and it doesn’t soak your clothes. |
I like the house a lot but that is barely in Bethesda. Huge commute and vibe differences (which translate to price differences) between inside the beltway Bethesda and outside. |
I love when people looking at a $1.6M home nit pick about a few appliances. |
You guys are so picky!
This house is 10000 times nicer than the usual shit boxes posted in Arlington! Like they’re not even in the same league. |
It looks like the house was much nicer before they stripped everything away and tore down important walls. Why is everything in every room is so relentlessly grey. Reminds me of that movie where people don't see color--"The Truman Show." |
But Potomac is hugely expensive too, and Potomac is just a bit further out on Bradley. Double lot, pool, wonder if it was priced for a bidding war? |
Someone earlier said this house just sold two years ago. Are all the updates within the last two years? Who has this kind of time and energy? And contractors that work this quickly? I am jealous to see beautiful interiors where it looked like the contractors cared, and then quick on top of that!? |
