My thoughts exactly. You sound exhausting, OP |
Yeah, that guy has only one DD, you are right. I posted before he mentioned kids, plural. |
is is still a policy if you go to defensive driving class ( its like an all day Saturday scratch your eyes out day) they will remove 1 ticket? try that then when oldest ticket is a year old you only have 1 ticket on record

does Waze tell you when there is a kid in the road or maybe when there is a car doing the speed limit in the lane you are barreling down? Moving at the speed limit or plus 5 MPH or so is not really a big deal for me but driving on 66 having people scream by at 15-20 MPH over the limit while looking at their phone makes me cringe. Having taken pursuit driving courses as well as other "defensive" driving courses it's not the speed that gets you it's the lack of attention and driving way past your ability to react and a lot of people greatly overestimate their ability until they get into a situation they can't handle and someone gets hurt. |
No one should ever be on their phone while driving, but going 70-75 on the highway when the conditions are fine is no big deal. |
^ FYI - no one should be going the speed limit in the left lane. |
Get her a self driving car. |
Cancer guy here. I am not op |
Thread should have ended right here. |
NP. Shouldn't you be hanging out on the LGBTQ Relationship Discussion forum? This is the hetero one. |
No, the person I'm thinking of isn't "cancer guy" - at least I didn't think so. Wait, the OP of all those threads with the teen DD and crazy DW is the same person as the OP of the threads about metastatic kidney cancer with heart disease? |
Not all of them. My situation is not unique. But I am not op of this thread. Most of the others have been scared away ![]() |
Why not have her shop for and take care of her policy herself, and leave you out of it? Or, would she not bother and drive uninsured? |
No there is actually more man hate here vs the LGBTQ. |
It's actually 20 in Maryland, or going over 80 regardless of the speed limit. Waze can be helpful at times, but it's usually pretty useless. Almost all the reports it shows of police are officers who already have someone pulled over, or are at the scene of an accident. Very few reports show them doing speed patrols, but I'm grateful when that does work out. |
