It could easily be twice that in MD if she is thought to be a reckless driver by the insurance companies.

OP: my ex-wife was also a dangerous driver, and it's a relief to not be legally entangled with her anymore because one day her poor driving is going to get someone killed. I just hope my kids aren't hurt by her carelessness.
