Their plan is for a corrupt global elite to rule with an iron fist and eradicate the one man-one vote democratic norm. They want to immune from laws and have the state work for their private benefits.

Russia hasn't been communist in 20 years. For an example of what they envision, look at the corrupt family-run politics of places like Kazakstan. Russia is also on this same path - all wealth runs through Putin (the mob Don) and his cronies can profit so long as they remain loyal to him.
