St Pierre et Miquelon :63,3/36,7%

St Barthelemy:58,4/41,6%

St Martin:67,6/32,4%

Guadaloupe:75,1/24,9%

Martinique:77,5/22,5%

Guyane:65/ 35%

All in favour of Macron

I hear French voters live in US and Canada voted 80% or so for Macron.

Can you provide a citation discussing this? Maybe once we know more about it, we can answer you. But I haven't been able to find any evidence that Kerry did go to Israel during their election.
