Curious editing. |
More voter fraud! |
No, it is not unusual to allow people who are in line to vote, even if the closing time has passed. It is called the law and th NV GOP has the good sense to understand it. It is too bad the Fearless Leader doesn't. |
More confimred reports
http://www.ldnews.com/story/news/politics/elections/2016/11/08/director-error-causes-gop-votes-appear-dem/93474872/ Confirmed by election officials! Pennsylvania is a state that might flip red. This needs to be fixed |
You're right, into interesting the machines are editing this young mans vote! |
Pennsylvania isn't going to flip except in fever dreams. In any event, I'm not a fan of electronics voting without a paper record. |
Didn't some trumpanzees in Texas say that this was happening in early voting? Then, on investigation, it turned out they didn't know how to work a simple voting machine? |
It's gone from blue to toss up. First time in many years. Hopefully Trump will win. We might see a blowout of Regan proportions tonight. The nation will renounce Crooked Hillary. |
Give those geezers a break. My dad still can't figure out how to read texts or send emails and he's voting for Trump. Something tells me he'll need some help at the polls. |
You guys are on the right path, but I don't think you've gone far enough. Trump wants to stop the votes from these heavily-Hispanic areas from being counted until the lawsuit is concluded. He is hoping that the vote count -- minus those votes -- will favor him and he can end today ahead. His goal is not just to delegitimize the correct results, but to legitimize the incomplete results that favor him. If he can end today ahead and a judge overturns the result by allowing all votes to be counted, he will scream that the election was stolen and appeal. He will be hoping for a Bush v. Gore situation. |
Doesn't the precedent that Bush v. Gore set show that he'd lose? I'm not too worried. |
Excellent t your memory is fuzzy. There was no evidence that the election was stolen from Gore, even though SCOTUS stopped the recount Bush still would have won. You also have no no evidence Trump is trying to stop votes from minorities |
That might be the end game but the likelihoid of a judge agreeing to invalidate the votes based on what is know is not high. Trump won't be irreparably injured and is not likely to prevail on the merits (the relevant legal standard) by the status quo and invalidating votes is not in the public interest. |
With the exception of a lawsuit seeking to throw out the votes of Hispanics? |
This happens in every election by both Repubs and Dens and everyone else. It is necessary in order to preserve the possibility of a real challenge.
Every candidate every election. Nothing to see here. |
