This. The writing is on the wall that he will lose. So he and his supporters are making up lies to try to taint the results.

You guys are on the right path, but I don't think you've gone far enough. Trump wants to stop the votes from these heavily-Hispanic areas from being counted until the lawsuit is concluded. He is hoping that the vote count -- minus those votes -- will favor him and he can end today ahead. His goal is not just to delegitimize the correct results, but to legitimize the incomplete results that favor him.

If he can end today ahead and a judge overturns the result by allowing all votes to be counted, he will scream that the election was stolen and appeal. He will be hoping for a Bush v. Gore situation.

Excellent t your memory is fuzzy. There was no evidence that the election was stolen from Gore, even though SCOTUS stopped the recount Bush still would have won.

You also have no no evidence Trump is trying to stop votes from minorities

I am not saying that Bush v. Gore stole the election from anyone, but that the Supreme Court decided when the vote count should end. If Trump can prevent votes from being counted -- and delay that count long enough, he can possibly achieve the same thing. I absolutely can show that Trump is trying to stop votes from minorities because he provided a list of counties in which votes should not be counted and they were all heavily minority.

That might be the end game but the likelihoid of a judge agreeing to invalidate the votes based on what is know is not high. Trump won't be irreparably injured and is not likely to prevail on the merits (the relevant legal standard) by the status quo and invalidating votes is not in the public interest.

I agree that Trump's chances are slim. He is throwing Hail Mary's because that is all he has.

I am a Democrat and I don't see the problem here.

1. Everyone can and does file election lawsuits. The OH Democratic party already filed a federal suit against the Trump campaign that the Supreme Court refused to hear.

2. Even though everyone (Dems and Republicans) are filing lawsuits, it doesn't mean that the allegations are true or that even they are true that courts will act.

Denied.

You should follow Jon Ralston on Twitter for all things Nevada

So now basically Trump pissed off latinos even more. Bodes well for the GOP. Not.

A Democrat isn't refusing to say she will concede. A Democrat isn't braying about corruption in the media and the election being rigged. No, it's not business as usual. Do not underestimate people like Bannon.

Is Trump auditioning to be Selena Myers? Seriously.

Or because poll workers were wearing defeat Trump tees.

In Virginia, election workers are not allowed to wear campaign attire. Poor taste, anyway. It may not be illegal in Nevada, but it certainly sounds like an organized effort, if true.

how do we know how hard this person is pushing? maybe they are faking it for a story. I can pretend to push too.

Also, not all states allow cameras in polling booths so people should be careful.

Doesn't the precedent that Bush v. Gore set show that he'd lose? I'm not too worried.

IIRC, SCOTUS specifically said as part of the Bush v. Gore ruling that it could never be used as a precedent in any subsequent similar cases.

Yeah, it's hard to see the damage in allowing registered voters to vote early instead of on election day.

Voters in FL claiming their Trump vote switched to Clinton before their eyes. Doubtful anything will come if it though

This happened last election. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/us-election/9659694/US-election-2012-voting-machine-changes-vote-for-Barack-Obama-to-Mitt-Romney.html

Sometimes technology is glitchy. I'm sure the Trump lawyers are preparing the paperwork....

I'm always amazed when people think there's some vast conspiracy to rig voting machines. Every video I've seen simply looks like a mis-calibrated touch screen; it happens.
