Who did you think killed JonBenet?

I think Patsy was batshit insane on top of mixing booze and benzos, a combo I've witnessed firsthand turn an individual into a frothing rage monster.

Just watched this. Always felt it was someone in the family but this detective's intruder theory is very compelling. Particularly the point about the stun gun and the sexual nature of the murder. After seeing the crime scene photos in this documentary, it doesn't look like this murder was staged after the fact. I now have a whole new view.

Meh, the stun gun has been disproven.

How do you explain the unknown DNA found in JB's underwear and under her fingernails? It did not match any DNA from family members. It seems far fetched to believe an intruder would take a child from their own bedroom while the family is sleeping and no one hear anything but it can happen. Look at the Elizabeth Smart case. Apparently the Ramsey's bedroom was very far from the basement room JB was found in so they wouldn't have heard anything when she screamed from there. But a neighbor did report hearing a bloodcurdling scream coming from a child in the basement area. I'm just now thinking it could have been an intruder, whereas before I thought no way.

Patsy's handwriting was also shown to be unlikely to be a match. John was 5 (meaning no match) and Pasty's was 4-4.5. I really think it was someone who knew john through work or knew the family intimately enough to get around the house, know money details etc. People talk, it's totally possible Patsy mentioned something at one point. Who knows.

I think it was definitely someone familiar with the family. But this person also had to be a pedophile. The way in which she was killed was not just a regular murder, it was very likely sexual motivated. I think a handyman, family friend, the Santa that John mentioned or other another sicko that had been around the house could've done it. I also think her pageantry experience opened the door for a pedophile to become obsessed with her as well. In fact one guy that in lived in a halfway house (or something like it) down the street admitted he was obsessed with JB. He had a picture of her in his pocket when he was arrested years later for child porn on his computer.

Benzodiazepines - commonly prescribed (and commonly abused) anti-anxiety meds. Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, etc. are all benzodiazepines.

The first lead investigator who write that book did not do his job. He was fixated on the Ramseys and dismissed any other theory. His book was trash.

I agree. It was not the Ramseys. It was a peodophile freak.

A pedophile freak would not have left a ransom note with the body in the basement.

Patsy screwed up when she wrote that note.

Yes a peodophile freak would. The freak spent hours in that home while the Ramseys were out. He was obsessed and jealous of that whole family. He just wrote that note because could not leave without sounding off to the Ramseys. He made stupid references to phrases from movies. He wanted the note to distract from his true intentions of just being a sexual freak who wanted to rape and kill little girls.

He was a freak who just spent his free time watching movies and child porn. His note was to try and feel like he was powerful over the Ramseys.
