What's the creepiest/weirdest thing you've ever seen?

I believe that I've seen a dead guy, standing propped up on the side of the road in Baltimore's strip club/warehouse district. My ex and I were driving through this shady neighborhood where even the motel names sound like STDs. There was a lifeless guy standing totally limp. For a moment we thought maybe it was a scarecrow, but the angles of his body were perfectly human. Ex and I both think that he was dead, that someone propped him up to look like he was standing. We turned around and drove by twice, but were too scared to get out of the car and check on him. It was the middle of the night and we couldn't see so well, but a standing dead guy is what we think we saw.

What's the weirdest or creepiest thing that you've ever seen?

Lol OP. I lived in Baltimore I totally understand. Most creepy things happened to me when I lived there, like pools of blood with sand on the sidewalks, blood spatters in front of your house from dead people, psychotic foaming mouth people in rages at signs on corners, ugh so many, many things.

But in DC, creepiest thing was the lady next to me on metro picking her boogers and ear wax, looking at it on her finger, and eating it. Repeatedly. Oh and the woman filing her nails standing over a seated passenger letting her filing dust pour into the riders hair.

Thanks. I just barfed in my mouth.

I got creeped out when I was working at a restaurant in Baltimore with someone who was high on heroin. He was totally useless and could only squat down, stare, and drool. I went out back for something and he was out there and I ran back in and told the manager. He just laughed - I think people in Baltimore are used to this!

Once we were in Santa Cruz and a skateboarder collided with an elderly woman crossing a street. He was going downhill and couldn't stop. She passed away. We didn't see the accident, but traffic was at a standstill in the lane she had fallen in, and barely creeping by in the opposite direction. We were stuck beside her for what seemed like a long time before the ambulance arrived. Of course we had no idea what had happened, and I kept distracting the kids so they didn't notice her. It's an image that still haunts me.

I was walking to church on M St. in Georgetown and I passed a homeless guy lying on the sidewalk. I realized as I walked by that he had his pants open and was peeing across the sidewalk, and I had to step over the pee. Ewww.

A hanged man swinging from a bridge that we drove under in the third world.

I took the kids to a park and there was a homeless man standing at a picnic table. On the table was a pair of little girls pants and underpants. I totally thought the homeless guy molested a child so I had my eye on him while I wrangled the kids to leave. Then he left and the pants were still there. I think maybe some kid peed their pants at the park and they just left them. But I don't actually know what happened.

Car wreck in Indiana at dusk. I was staring at the wreckage as we passed (before the ambulance got there) and didn't realize until too late to look away that I was looking at a decapitated body. It still bothers me and this was 2006.

A friend of mine was killed in a bad car accident when we were in our early twenties. The van he was in rolled and was crushed, several people died.

For some reason, his parents decided to have an open casket funeral. The funeral home did the best they could, but he had had severe head trauma, and they basically had to reconstruct his skull. It wasn't gross, but his face was just wrong. The shape was wrong, the features were skewed. I've seen dead bodies before, and this was not normal. I had nightmares about it for weeks.

When I was 9 or 10 years old, my Dad took my brother and me to a shopping mall early one evening and there was some (likely drunk) guy in the parking lot laughing his head off and peeing on the ground. I still have that image of him standing there laughing and holding his penis. Dad just explained he was a stupid drunk guy and to keep walking.
