A Child is a Child is a Child....

My rights STOP where yours BEGIN....
no matter your age or stage of development.

If the father is obligated to support that child,
why shouldn't the mother at least refrain from
commiting the violent act of ending that child's life?

Whatever you want to call "it" makes no difference
to the child who IS a dependent life, as any minor child is.

Terminating the life of a child is a horror,
by knife, by needle, by gun, by suffocation.
It's the very painful termination of a life.

Forcing a mob of impressionable high schoolers to tromp around in the cold is not going to accomplish anything. It's bordering on child abuse.

Does using suction and a scraper to rip a fetus limb from limb qualify as almost child abuse?

Doing that unwanted child a favor.

I'm sure you know people who had shitty childhoods but are, nonetheless, glad to be here.

How is a painful death a healthy option for a child?

More anti-choice lies. 99% of abortions are performed before the fetus has the ability to feel pain. And it's not a child. Repeating it doesn't make it so. I could make the claim that a fetus is a tiny adult, in which case, moocher! Get a job! Get an apartment!

When are you thinking the baby feels pain? On her birthday?

Giving birth was one of the most glorious experiences of my life. But we're all different and so are our babies.

We are only talking about reasonable, common sense, safety measures. Trust us.

Unlike those advocation for responsible gun control measures those in power opposed to abortion are constantly chipping away at women's rights by imposing insurmountable legal and regulatory barriers on providers, not to mention attempting to defund PP at the state and federal level.

You seriously believe "those advocation for responsible gun control measures" are NOT "constantly chipping away at [gun owners] rights by imposing insurmountable legal and regulatory barriers . . . not to mention attempting [erode rights and raise costs] at the state and federal level." ??!

It is a perfect analogy.

I am pro-choice. But I am also pro-freedom, including protecting a woman's right to choose how to protect herself from rape and crime.

In the past 20 years it has become easier to own a gun in most states.

In those same years it is has become more challenging for women to access an abortion.

FACT

Which states are you referring to?

Which gun rights have been chipped away? What kind of waiting period did you have before buying your gun, after having an initial consultation? How many miles did you have to drive there? How many handicap parking spaces were there! Was there some sort of timelline that, after a certain point, you had to go to a different gun shop? What kind of gauntlet of "sidewalk counseling" did you face? Did the legislature force your gun seller to tell you a list of lies about guns? Analogy fail.

You don't know much about trying to buy a handgun in Maryland, do you.

Experts say fetal perception of pain occurs sometime in the third trimester.

Sounds like God has spoken against the march

I checked the website http://marchforlife.org/mfl-2016/. It says "Despite the winter storm prediction, the March for Life will not be cancelled."

I doubt prolifers would be afraid of snow, as long as they can get there safely. But probably fewer babes in arms will come.

They don't care once the baby is born.

How much time/energy/money do the spend supporting children at risk?

Me? I support a few local groups that help women/children. And I'm also 100% pro-choice.

How about these pro-lifers? How much time marching vs. time volunteering for live children?

How does abortion "help" the aborted child?
