And what evidence do you have that "the gays" are targeting children for some nefarious purpose? Being gay does not make anyone a pedophile, and there is plenty of evidence that gay couples who adopt make excellent parents.

Of course, not all gays are pedophiles and not all pedophiles are gay. But there still is an undeniable correlation. Look at all of the priest abuse scandals.

The Catholic Church's review of the child abuse scandal determined that homosexuality wasn't the cause. Rather it was that there was greater opportunity to abuse boys than girls.

While the conclusion is most likely correct, I'm not sure the Catholic Church is a reliable authoritative source when it comes to anything having to with the abuse scandals.

Also, there aren't a lot of homeless or urban poor in AZ. It's too hot to live on the streets, and you can't make it in the summer if you can't afford a/c. And that's just the way the majority of AZonians like it.

We live there. I had hoped to help "turn Arizona purple" but now am counting the months until I get out of here.

No. Many of us on the right thought she should - many members of Congress on the right told her she should veto it. There will be some "fringe" people who are upset, but they are in the minority.
