You are nuts. You’ve been slamming the threads here with a lot of misinformation. You’re the one on HRT who is on a weird iPad. If you make
broad medical claims try to offer some proof or something.

New poster. You may not like hearing it, but this poster is correct. There are numerous studies linking calcium to heart problems. I am a 50 year old women with osteoporosis. My doctor doesn't even want me taking calcium, despite bone loss. I do take Vitamin D.

How has that supplement list helped you during the HRT years? I'd like to avoid HRT when the time comes.

I've read that hot flashes are very linked to magnesium deficiency, which is widespread. I've also read that Black Cohosh is supposed to be good for menopause symptoms.

Do you feel your supplement list has "gotten the job done", so to speak?

If I don't take my vitamin E, I have hot flashes . I'm not as consistent as I should be with any of the supplements, I may skip a few days. I can tell the difference in how I feel when I've gone days without taking them.

When do you take them 2x or 3x a day? I can’t stand all these supplements including bone strength calcium ones where they want you to take 5 a day on top of all your other pills. Do you remember to take them all each day? Do they not work if you don’t take them each day?
