I cannot sleep. That is all. |
Two drinks and I'm finally ready. Good night to you. |
Me too. Stressing about finding a day care...
|
At least it's the weekend and it will be raining for much of it so you don't have to go to work/school/daycare and have an excuse to stay home and sleep in. Have a snack and read a really boring book. That might help. |
Me three. Makes me feel better knowing I'm not the only one.
OP, did you really have two drinks in 3 minutes? |
I think 01:49 is not the OP. |
Me four. Forgot to take ambien until half an hour ago. DH is tavelling I will sleep in with kids tomorrow. |
Nooooo. No, I didn't. That was another poster supporting my insomnia and assisting themselves with their own bout of it! |
01:49 was me. I had two drinks in about an hour & a half. I don't drink every night by any means but it does help when I have insomnia. |
I was up until 4 AM this morning! I'm jazzed about some career developments, so it wasn't a fretful sleeplessness. |
AMBIEN |
I became completely addicted to ambien. Had to wean off it. It's too wOnderful! Wonder why they say it's non habit forming??? |
I have had insomnia all my life and not falling asleep until 4:30 AM and having to get up at 6:30 AM doesn't work. Thank heavens for Ambien. I would rather do without chocolate. |
OP here, wide awake again.... not able to wind down and get to sleep. Just finished Easter baskets, vacuuming, dishes, folding clothes, and making cupcakes. I AM WIDE AWAKE. Oy. |
OP, doing all this won't help. You should find a calming activity to put you to sleep. Something that can be done with a low light while drinking something warm. You have to put your brain to sleep. |
