Me too. Stressing about finding a day care...

At least it's the weekend and it will be raining for much of it so you don't have to go to work/school/daycare and have an excuse to stay home and sleep in. Have a snack and read a really boring book. That might help.

Me three. Makes me feel better knowing I'm not the only one.

OP, did you really have two drinks in 3 minutes?

Nooooo. No, I didn't. That was another poster supporting my insomnia and assisting themselves with their own bout of it!

01:49 was me. I had two drinks in about an hour & a half. I don't drink every night by any means but it does help when I have insomnia.

I was up until 4 AM this morning! I'm jazzed about some career developments, so it wasn't a fretful sleeplessness.

I have had insomnia all my life and not falling asleep until 4:30 AM and having to get up at 6:30 AM doesn't work. Thank heavens for Ambien. I would rather do without chocolate.

OP, doing all this won't help. You should find a calming activity to put you to sleep.

Something that can be done with a low light while drinking something warm. You have to put your brain to sleep.
