-Overpriced
-Crammed kitchen -outdated kitchen that looks like it’s from 1995 -odd shaped rooms -obvious addition is obvious and doesn’t flow with the house -it looks like a cheap Ryan home -way too pricey for this current market. Even a year ago, this may have sat |
| $6400 mortgage to live in G'Burg is a tough pill to swallow. |
I had to do a double take of this house because it looks like my old home. Same exact floor plan, built the same year, same HOA dues amount. They’ve got to be identical floor plans except mine was 4 bedrooms upstairs with 6 windows. Looks like they oddly spliced this one up to make a fifth bedroom up there. It does mess with the symmetry of the house and makes the master suite smaller. |
| I like the warm kitchen and the screened porch. I don’t like any of the cool colored lift fixtures. Lots of potential. |
| Still too expensive, that's why this house is sitting |

The current owners bought at the height of the last market - which means they overpaid at that time (just like most people who bought this year). They should have sold a year ago.
Should be priced between $750K-$800K |
I think this is right. |
Considering interest rates are high, it's expensive. |

It’s a very fun neighborhood for kids or it was 10 years ago. Everyone goes to Westleigh for swim and tennis. Travilah s close by though walking is nt really an option with how fast people drive on Travilah and no crosswalk to get to the school. It’s nice and updated for the neighborhood. It would be stupid to put high end finishes into one these houses.
I never liked how narrow many of the rooms are in this area. It makes buying and arranging furniture difficult. |
As a start, it is in Gaithersburg. |
