Initially listed for 1.1 million. We toured but thought it was too overpriced and cannot get over the fact that the additional fifth bedroom doesn’t at all align with the rest of the house (see upper windows). Price has seen been cut twice. Now is sitting on the market at 995k, been about a month since last price drop, on the market since mid August. Ironically had the price been 995k when it was first listed, we may have considered it. Now, in November, I think house is still overpriced. Curious for internet strangers thoughts: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/9-Parsippany-Ct-Gaithersburg-MD-20878/37158150_zpid/?utm_campaign=iosappmessage&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=txtshare
I had to do a double take of this house because it looks like my old home. Same exact floor plan, built the same year, same HOA dues amount. They’ve got to be identical floor plans except mine was 4 bedrooms upstairs with 6 windows. Looks like they oddly spliced this one up to make a fifth bedroom up there. It does mess with the symmetry of the house and makes the master suite smaller.
