Find a white/male (heterosexual) candidate who is a moderate; has an immigration/crime plan; willing to fight dirty; and someone to start campaigning ASAP. They should be holding rallies, vocal about Trumps nonsense, and very visible. Easy peasey. somehow they’ll screw it up.
I’m a retired ICE (HSI) Special Agent. Prior to Trump 2.0, Special Agents happily focuses on conducting criminal investigations involving drug smuggling, money laundering, war crimes, child exploitation, arms trafficking, commercial fraud, etc etc. Very few Special Agents were involved in making administrative (non criminal) arrests of illegal aliens. ICE has an Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Unit that handled that part. Upon 2.0, Trump dragged all available resources from ICE, HSI, FBI, DEA, ATF and others to assist ERO. They all HATE the work but what options do they have? They don’t want to quit and forfeit livelihoods, pensions and their families well being. They are following the orders of a dysfunctional administration. Trust me when I say most non-ERO are miserable. Unfortunately, due to this shifting of resources, very little criminal enforcement is going on right now. Every dummy that voted for this clown should be ashamed of themselves. Don’t get me wrong, I think bad illegal aliens should be rounded up and eventually deported but there should be a long-term strategy, and people’s civil rights and due process should not be violated.
All rules apply to non-MAGA’s. No rules apply to them. I really don’t know Pam Bondi and all of his legal and ethics “advisors” look at themselves in the mirror.

Biden was never corrupt. He was an average life long politician who was over his head at the POTUS job at 80 years old. Trump has zero integrity, is at times unhinged, and has carried his shady business practices over to politics. Biden was by far the lesser of two evils though neither should have been elected.

Personally I think that Biden should never have been elected, not even to a first term. He was OK during his first term, but the problem is that a first term set up his own expectations for a second one. We should have seen this coming, and never picked him in the first place.
From now on, only younger people for the Presidency please. Trump has cognitive problems of his own, and had them in his first term as well (not to mention the moral, legal, constitutional, financial, etc...).
We can only move forward by pushing for more transparency and recognizing each party's weaknesses.

Yes, but we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Biden and his decision to run for reelection when he would be an 86 year old president and obviously incapable of performing his duties. That is what brought us here - the utter arrogance of Biden and the Democratic establishment forcing a feeble gerontocracy as the only alternative to Trump. And when that game was up, then forcing an unpopular wine mom vp that couldn't even make it to the Iowa caucuses when she ran for president. Everything that Democrats did in the 2024 election was a disaster. And that's why we have Trump today. Because Democrats are pompous morons.
Trump incited an insurrection. He should be in jail, but the very least impeached and disqualified from ever running for office again. Instead, he was the Republican nominee in 2024.
He had no platform and no plan at all for what he would do as president except screaming about immigrants. He accused Haitians of eating their pets. He disparaged and denigrated groups of people just based on their appearance.

Even if all true, at what price? Is it ok that this all comes at the cost of having the most corrupt, incompetent grouping of “leaders” assembled to run the government?
