Two of these don't go with the other two. You would know by now if you can make the two NL teams, they are two of the best teams for the age in the area. The other two (McLean and VYS) would never be considered with the NL teams unless you already know you are looking at RL. So then its GA vs RL debate, and its quite obvious GA is going to be stronger than RL in VA moving forward starting next year even. GO to McLean GA with your head held high!
I would consider Alexandria GA.
This is decent advice, Alexandria has the club structure to foster an atmosphere of improvement now that they have GA back.
Also, ask yourself if you would rather be a bench player on the 1st team or a full time player on the 2nd team? My DD is being looked at on the 1st team, but I'm hesitant to take it (if offered) next week as I know the score, she'd go from starting with healthy 2nd team minutes to subbing with less minutes on the 1st team.

We will told about it just after the school year has started...just like the 7x 3-hour early releases that were added at the last minute for ES school. There is less resistance that way.
My neighbor just had his 11 year old certified. They went to 2 weekend-long certification sessions. Although his dad did it with him.

Rec soccer coaches are often volunteers. Rec soccer coordinators and coaches for the tots might get $20 per hour or are on part time salary. Travel soccer coaches might get 7k per year for 1 travel team with a 9 month commitment. Good private training coaches start at $40 per hour/ 1 hour session.
It seems the club director has to fill in and do more work to fill the gap. (Which is being done.) I think teams are set for each year group. But yes, they need to hire for vacant director positions. LMVSC has shifter over to NCSL from CCL.
