Can you have a PGS normal embryo with undetected translocation issues ? I have had 5 blasts failed to implant. We have one last and the doctor suggests surrogacy. I am wondering if PGS testing will test for aneuploidy yet can miss chromosomal translocations that may cause failed implantations? Will doing karyotyping give some answers if it really is a uterine issue or something not right with the embryos?
