If they can bail out banks and airlines, offer huge corporate tax breaks, and cut taxes for the wealthy, what's wrong with doing the same for working professionals? I don't have a problem with it.

I would agree. It's hard to regulate the dosage, especially if you have something tasty like cookies. Best approach might be to have someone get you a small amount at a club and a little pipe. Probably best to stick to what you've done before if it's been a while. Plus, edibles do hit you a little different than smoking.

Same here. I have an indoor cat that's never really goes outside and he about loses his mind when he sees a bird out the window.
I'm not sure if this is insecurity or narcissism, but something's not right.
I'm sure both sides have plenty of money and use it to employ professionals, whether it's consultants, lobbies, or whatever way they can exert influence. I'm not even sure one side has more gaffes than the other, but perhaps one base is just more willing to put up with them. Who knows?
