They don't care. If they did they would have told players that your number 1 priority is the GA league and not futsal.
You mad that Alexandria can offer a quality product unlike the hopes and dreams that Revolution is selling parents. You are aware that they have DEVELOPED a very strong 2012 squad who has beat all the top teams in the area and this is in addition to their futsal program. Revolution cancelled their 2012 GA scrimmage against Alexandrias top team and sacrificed their GA2 team. Revolutions spot in GA was already being questioned by most and after last weeks thumping by VDA they couldn't afford to possibly lose to a non GA/ECNL team and add additional scrutiny to the validity of their spot in GA. It's a 2 way race to the bottom of the Mid Atlantic standings between St James/Revolution and one of them will end up losing their GA spot. Enjoy that scrimmage win against a lesser opponent yesterday. Viva La Revolution🤣🤣
Add SYC to that mix of teams likely to struggle out of the gate. Too much upheaval throughout to expect any of these VA teams to be any good in the fall. VDA exluded, they look loaded and call him what you will but BP's teams play soccer, and the old VDA of kick and run is thankfully gone.
Which VDA teams played kickball?
Every single one.
This. It's why they are hit or miss with their teams at every age group. VDA is a joke for all players but about 2 per team.
No one tell this fool every 2005/06 went D1, two are on YNT. Nice guess, but dead wrong. Highest recruitment class in DMV by miles and miles

If VDA is a joke… what is VRSC? A pile of turd
VDA is a joint club ECNL team. They shouldn't be as bad as they are. Many VRSC players turned down 'vda pathway teams' in the u9-12 age groups. Soooo.... No?
Many older age groups at VRSC have no interest in VDA either. Why would they want to go waste their time and money on a bottom level ECNL program?
VDA is only VDA because they merged with PWSI to get the numbers needed for ECNL. Their coaching staff is ....what it is. They can't seem to break out of their low level playing skills.

These are simple coaches who have bad days, good days, relationship troubles, and have favorites. You also don't know how your kid isn't listening or paying attention to drills... maybe they aren't all you think they are.
All the coaches do their best and while you want more, you have what you have. Don't like ECNL competitiveness? Go play rec.
You really want them to "care"? Care how? Stop watching movies and expecting some Coach Carter bs. Never seen such beta crybaby attitude. You clearly never played sports growing up.
That’s a pretty outdated attitude. Just because it’s always been that way doesn’t mean it’s right. We can do better for our kids. It is possible to be ultra competitive and demand excellence without crossing into verbal abuse. Plenty of examples of good coaches like this in sports.
It’s not easy to change attitudes but it does happen over time. It used to be acceptable for teachers to hit kids in schools. Most of society in this country decided they didn’t want that anymore. There will always be some who don’t like change, especially those who were at the top and feel threatened.

Got to love soccer parents. Why do you care?
Stop because soccer scholarships are on their way out. You won't because it's only about you not the kids.
