OP: I'm sticking to my usual 8oz of caffeine in the morning, which I've read is a safe amount even when pregnant. I've only just started trying, so we'll see how that goes.
Would also be interested to hear if anyone knows if there's any reason for my husband to cut back on his caffeine intake, too. He consumes at least three times as much as me.
Purchased a pre-owned Ava 2.0 off eBay for a little less than the regular price (and plan to sell this if/when it works). I've only just started TTC but have been wearing ava for two months now to get used to my cycle. I will say that if you're drinking alcohol it's useless because of fluctuations in skin temp and heart rate. Once I stopped drinking and it could accurately follow my parameters, it could confirm my actual ovulation date and has adjusted itself accordingly. Fingers crossed it works, but this is my first time trying so I won't have anything to compare it to.
