Give to Caesar. Why? Better law and justice?

Do you theists crave God’s law on earth, --- or do you think Jesus was saying that secular law was better?

Giving to Caesar includes loyalty and allegiance to the law of the land.

Jesus would not recommend an inferior justice system.

I guess that the choice is between God’s tyranny, --- and liberty to only follow the law, --- another tyranny, --- which has already negated any notion of freedom for man.

Is secular law inferior or superior to the laws of the Gods?

I have a love hate relationship with the catholic religion.

I was born into it and owe it a lot for the help it gave me when young, but after reaching the age of reason, my moral sense forced me to reject it's supernatural base as well as some of the immoral tenets, like homophobia and misogyny it preaches.

I tried to help it reform out of it being my home religion, so to speak, but it would ignored and banned me for trying to correct the poor thinking that it propagates.

I am now a Gnostic Christian and believe what some say. The only good Christian is a Gnostic Christian.

I often rail against what I see of the morality of the mainstream religions.

If inferior in moral issues, I think a spiritual person is duty bound to try to improve the morals or religions.
