My kid scored 48 percentile NNAT and 49 percentile on COGAT. Should I refer him for level 4 AAP. He was sick during her cogat.

Is there a limit on the number of times he can take cogat and nnat. She generally does well in school. I am planning on making him retake the test this year. Any input greatly appreciated
