I had a similar issue earlier this year and waterproof tape (and layers of it) worked really well. Can't say that will definitely happen with your window. If its still not working, I'd contact a local replacement windows company for a free consultation.
I think the only reason is these workout clothes are light weighted and very comfortable as well.

I absolutely agree with you. As the son, your husband should take the initiative to solve this problem and talk to his sister about what is right and wrong. After all your FIL is his father and he must have to do something.
I think it is in new style now, where we can find people we want to search, more easily.
