I saw that NSF had great ratings, then had some issues and has undergone new management. I am wondering if anyone has recent experience to share? I am considering placing my toddler there.

I see that the NSF facility has undergone some changes in the last few years with new directors, etc. I am wondering if parents have any recent feedback on their experiences, with a particular interest in the toddler room.
