NSF CCLC in Ballston - any feedback

I saw that NSF had great ratings, then had some issues and has undergone new management. I am wondering if anyone has recent experience to share? I am considering placing my toddler there.

My son is currently enrolled in the toddler room there. We like it and feel that our son is doing very well. There has been a lot of turnover in teachers since CCLC took over in December. Mrs. Lisa is still there and is awesome, but most of the other toddler teachers left. The Director is receptive to input and communication from parents, but there has been some concern that communication to parents and teachers from the management is often last minute. Overall, it is a good center, and I would recommend it for a toddler.

OP - do a search. There was a long thread a while ago about this - it was Bright Horizons NSF before.

Management communication is poor. The center has come a long way, but it still has a long ways to go. There have been a lot of staffing changes throughout the center. Several of the Infant/Toddler teachers are new-hires.

We just got offered a spot in the four year old class but turned it down. We had been on the wait list for almost three years but found an alternative two years ago...

Bump! Any recent updates on this center? Has quality improved?
