Don’t let what happened in TX happen in VA

While everyone is focused on the topic of abortion the REAL danger is the TX has given up on democracy and the rule of law with regards to abortion. Who in their right mind think it is OK with deputizing citizens to be vigilantes, spying on neighbors? Texas make abortion of embryo past 6 week illegal. But other states may implement this law making illegal abortion for Down syndrome, fragile X, etc. This is setting a dangerous precedent and must not be given a foothold in VA. I lived in Berlin in the 90’s, this is straight up Stasi stuff.

Dems need to keep the majority or you may find yourself living in a authoritarian state.

Now do NY, CA, CT and NJ, who offer bounties and rewards for turning in people who own guns that were formerly legal, but were then made illegal by a change in the law.

That won’t happen. SCOTUS would find a way to have a special cut out for abortion. But even so, I think it would be horrific. I’m not interested in living in the Wild West.

It’s not just Governor. It’s Lt Gov, AG, delegates. If Rs get a foothold in VA kiss your rights goodbye. GOP has shown they have zero interest in governing. They’re even outsourcing enforcement of abortion law to ordinary citizens. What could go wrong with that?
