| It is like her face shape is different-her cheeks don’t have those weird bumps and nose looks better-she has the Karshashian moon face which I admit looks pretty. My gut is this is not fillers but heavy duty stuff. Not judging as she looks darn good and needs to unload the husband. |

| If I were her, I would've had bottom lip reduction. And if she got cheek implants, I'd take them out |

| Also, I'd consider upper lip reconstruction like J Lo did. It's very subtle, but makes upper lip more straight across and less of V shape |
