Yup. Sharing photos of a behind-closed-doors deposition without the consent of all parties involved is prohibited. It could result in device confiscation and potential contempt charges. So Hillary wanted the hearing public, but Republicans insisted on a closed door hearing. Then a Republican violated the rules of said closed door hearing.

Didn’t he have to admit that he was on the island, after his email planning the visit came to light? There’s no date for the photo, so it’s hard to get context.

But I wouldn’t be surprised if he perjured himself. He lied so confidently and spectacularly in the interview where he said Epstein creeped him out and they never hung out again.

I only vaguely remembered the incident and had NO idea of the (extremely suspicious) Epstein tie. Looked up the judge on Wiki, and it said the perpetrator was someone who had lost a case before the judge and was a militant anti-feminist type. So it doesn’t seem strange that he would have committed an unexplainable crime. But the situation looks different for sure once you know that the judge was assigned to an investigation of Epstein’s finances.
