what brand of swim trunk is popular with teen boys these days? |
We usually get old navy for my 15 year old. Also try target, Uniqlo, gap, kohl’s, Abercrombie, pac sun, urban outfitters, American eagle. |
Old Navt, Kohls or Target here |
J Crew |
I don't think brand matters and if it does, I pity that boy for having superficial friends (to be honest)
My son is almost 15 and this summer I bought him pairs from Old Navy and Jcrew factory. We're at the beach most of the summer. |
Whatever Costco’s selling. Or Adidas. |
Costco, and whatever was selling at the beach store last year when we realized hed outgrown the ones we bought. |
Old Navy. Mine is thin and Old Navy has options for the kids who are very skinny. Other brands slip down. |
Lands End |
My 16yo has trunks from Lands’ End and Nike. |
I usually buy them at Dick's. Quiksilver and Hurley. I've also gone to Kohls. |
I’m just a step grandma trying to pick something he will like! He has such nice friends I can’t imagine they would even think about it! |
That is so nice of you to ask. My 15 year does not like traditional swim trunks, he prefers a hybrid short. Still not driving so if he bikes up to the pool, he looks like he is wearing shorts but doesn't have to change to jump in the water. They sell these at Dicks so easy to find. The other big no for my son is netting. He get a terrible irritation so that is the origianl reason we switched to a board short.

Patagonia board shorts. I don't want him looking like a scrub with Target/Old Navy garbage on. |
Ask him what he likes. Mine only wears swim jammers. |
