| I’m trying to broaden my horizons on the coffee front. I’ve been working through a bag of Compass Coffee’s 7th St flavor and am enjoying that. I also like La Colombe’s cold brew but think they’ve watered it down recently, since it’s been hitting different. I drink my coffee black and want to try some new flavors/places but am not sure what or where to look next. |

For cold brew:Swings or now Greenberrys (since Swings downtown is closed)

| My favorite is Nicaraguan Rio Coco, medium roast. Delicious. We get it already roasted, but grind as we go. |

| Peet’s Major Dickason blend, freshly ground each day. The method of preparation matters as much if not more than the beans. |
Amazon and their own site. Copper Cow was on Shark Tank a week or so ago. |
I do Peet’s French Roast, also freshly ground, in a French press. I like really dark smoky coffee. |
| We use Peet's or Mayorga beans, freshly ground, in a pour over machine. We also brew our own cold brew and it's delicious! One of the perks of summer. |
