Our hospitalizations are at 1/3 of what they were at the winter peak. Why are we in worse shape? 90% of MoCo and MD eligible population is vaccinated. We have vaccines and treatments for COVID, ICU and hospital beds in abundance, and boosters coming. Our case load has leveled off. We are in great shape. Are you in Louisiana?

DP. I don’t feel qualified to teach homeschool and the screen time aggravated my son’s condition very bad last year, my pediatrician tells us very little is best and the hours every day were way too much. I literally do not know what I would have done with public schools closed again as I cannot afford private. He’s so behind but his teacher is so understanding and says he’s not the only one.

There is a 0% vaccination rate in Elementary school for students. You may be ok with exposure and covid as you'll just send your sick kid to school but others are not.

The teachers and staff are vaccinated. That’s how you protect those kids by vaccinating adults. If kids get exposed the consequence is minimal to the kids. Get a grip your kids will be exposed to all kinds of viruses. There is a major RSV outbreak currently, no vaccine against RSV. Children’s ICU is full with RSV infections.

I hope we turn our attention ruin to an RSV vaccine next. Does the virus just not affect boomers or the elderly enough?

There actually is an RSV vaccine but it is very expensive and has to be given monthly throughout RSV season. It is really only given to at risk kids and babies.

Sorry buddy. It's a well fitting mask with 4 layers plus however many layers form the pocket which has a disposable filter and adjustable ear loops.
Because it's washable and came in a pack of 10 my child wears a newly washed one with a new filter every day. Your kid isn't wearing their n95 all day without taking it off to wipe sweat etc.
Science demands you use the best case that is also most usable. Enjoy the covid.
