I think someone said 1.3m. There are databases out there that will give you that kind of info.

Because it was definitely up there... I have been reading this thread and have yet to comment but i can't keep my mouth shut about this one. Saw with my own eyes. Listed their full address so I'm sure thats why Kane got it taken down. Probably knows someone there who did a favor for him.

Actually, it only listed the city and state for him. It gave a full address and phone number for his attorney.

It listed a full address for him (plaintiff) and Natasha (defendant) - both the same address (the marital home), but definitely the full address - house number, street name, zip, etc

Her bday is may 27 (I think? From what I've read on this timeline), and he filed June 4. I think it's possible he told her on her bday he was gonna file for divorce.

Oh! Good call on the timeline part to be honest, so much has been discussed/debated that I think I got my facts wrong. Thanks for the real info!

Elliot Segal doesn't. Howard Stern doesn't, Ryan Seacrest doesn't. It's so childish.

Don Geronimo
jack Diamond
Tommy McFly

Just to name three. It's actually quite common.

I'm looking at it and there is nothing for the street address for either of them. Potomac, MD and a zip code.

The Zillow listing of their house was posted and it had the full address.

What an odd thing to care about. Once again an immature person that leads with name calling. Have a seat.

Hmmm that's odd. my screenshot is from the weekend before he announced (someone posted on one of their SMs that there was a divorce record). I wonder if they were able to have the full address pulled before the radio announcement and then afterwards the full listing?

It's called having a name that people can rattle off with ease and is catchy.

Elizabethany (another DJ at 99.5) is another example.

Probably. That would make sense.
What is SM?

Cuz people know his real name, and property records are public records. <_< Also Natasha posted pictures of the house, and several people posted the Zillow page for it that showed the last sale price and date.

I think the PP may have meant how do we know he took out a 1.4mil mortgage and didn't pay cash?

He definitely didn't pay cash, he took out two mortgages that totaled over 1.3 mil, plus a 400/month HOA fee

Also, what happened to the poster who knew why N ran into the wall? She isn't a great driver (as P has commented in the past) but she doesn't have any recent tickets or accidents. So... we can all assume substance abuse unless those in the know say otherwise.

how can you write: "but she doesn't have any recent tickets or accidents"? there is no way you can know that, and it's absolutely creepy that you would try to find out or want to.

An HOA fee for a mansion?

All this talk about this man paid for his home is disgusting just because something is public record does not make it public business.
