If there were 300 there, the YJs understanding of the market is already off, or they never thought to cap/adjust numbers as the clinic reached capacity. Would make me question if they were up to the challenge, especially for HS. If stated numbers are true, they should have held an informational session/clinic (like last Friday but with more information) and then tryouts for individual years at a later date. No one of any seriousness is going to commit to YJ for high school right now.

what "A" tournaments will the 2029 team do this summer?

The team starts in the fall so girls can finish out their current summer commitments. It was very well run.

There were not 300 girls there. More like 50. The club director hosted a zoom call afterwards and was very professional with a formal presentation. She talked about the history and the management structure of the club and access to "A" tournaments - LLL, LFTC, G8, Maryland Cup, etc. This is a chance to get in early with a top notch organization. I have never seen a lacrosse club offer so much information. It's usually like - you should already know who we are and you are lucky to be here. Refreshing!

A tournaments but in what pool. In past posts, it was mentioned the YJ teams are in different pools so they don't compete head to head. It's noted that their 2030 is good. Currently, they are ranked #32 in US Club Lacrosse rankings. The schedule they play is the 50th toughest though. Would the 29s follow this model?

2030's schedule rankings:
BLC Blue 95.20, Heros Green 94.95, M&D Black 94.29, MDU East 94.27, Coppermine Black 93.00, CC Lax 90.41, Skywalkers Blue 90.23, Crush MD 89.21, Heros White 89.14, M&D Red 88.99, Stars LB 88.82, MDU West 88.15, Coppermine West 88.07, M&D Shore 86.66 and then YJMA-DMV 86.17. That's 15th in the DMV area.
