This is the only reason why since 10/7 there has been constant shaming of anyone voicing their concern for people of Gaza, the suppression of free speech is astounding. It’s almost like the entire U.S population should take a pledge of allegiance to Israel, nothing short of that will satisfy the Ackmans of this world.

You are a Hamas supporter. Just say it. You support terrorists.

By your logic, if I am a Hamas supporter then you support a terrorist state that has murdered 35000 women and children in the guise of finding Hamas. It’s time to look in the mirror, also, come up with better propaganda points. This Hamas supporter trope is getting old.

I support a democratic country defending itself from terrorists. Sorry reality is triggering to you:

The Anti-Defamation League has tracked several instances of protesters expressing support for Hamas and the Oct. 7 attack. A protester at Columbia, for example, held up a sign reading "Al-Qasam's next targets" with an arrow pointing towards nearby pro-Israel counter-protesters (referring to Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas).

It says students at various schools have also waved signs glorifying figures associated with U.S.-designated terror groups, used pro-Intifada slogans and called for destroying Zionism and either hounding or getting rid of Zionists altogether.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams spoke out against antisemitic incidents and hate speech at Columbia in a statement that referenced specific incidents, including a woman yelling "We are Hamas" and student groups chanting "We don't want no Zionists here."

Can ANYONE make a cogent argument for why AIPAC (and any organization like it) is allowed to exist and operate on U.S. soil? What’s the argument for?

Lobbying with money is an inherent part of the US political system. If you have issues with that, then US style democracy is not for you.
For the vast majority of Jewish American's love for Israel is a part of their religion/identity. They use the existing political structure of lobbying to achieve their singular goal of loving and funding Israel.....

That goal is fine for those people, for that special interest. Makes sense. But then why persist with the pretense that U.S. foreign policy is based on anything other than who spends the most to buy the most influential of the political elite? I mean, that’s essentially the argument you’re making …

The ROI on those donations to AIPAC must be astronomical … no wonder Jewish Americans don’t just route their $$$ directly to Israel! $70 - $80M to have control over that much foreign aid and influence in Congress and the U.N.? Wow, that is the best money ever spent!

Sure, let’s hang Netanyahu’s poster in every American home and office. How dare these Americans question Israel and its tactics, don’t they know who their overlords are?

The veil has really been lifted. Israel owns America. Disgusting

I'd sure as hell rather align myself with a democratic country than a terrorist state, but you do you.

Great news: LAPD just called into USC to make arrests. Following lead of Texas.

Good for them.

How? AIPAC members are amongst the wealthiest in this country.

Crippling tax laws for organizations like AIPAC? Why not? Lobbying in furtherance of a foreign entity SHOULD BE criminalized with harsh penalties, but if not, why wouldn’t crippling taxes imposed on the donor and the recipient organization do the trick?

We don’t want to enable foreign entities to influence U.S. policy, and certainly not from our soil. In order to rein it in, taxes.

Voila. Next?

So, wait a minute. You must also be against any group lobbying for Ukraine aid, correct?

Image if love for Israel would not mean blind support for Netanyahu

Absolutely crazy what is going on.

The morons involved are simply ignorant lemmings. Who in their right mind would take up for terrorists who execute gay people and treat women like property?

So you support Hamas - a terrorist group that executes gay people and treats women like slaves. Right?

Ashkenazi Jews have the highest IQ of any ethnic group in the world. Since 1950, 29 percent of Nobel Prizes have been awarded to Ashkenazi Jews, who represent 0.25 percent of the global population.

ABSOLUTELY! That was the first qualification made - and all similar organizations! No foreign country or governmental agency / entity should be allowed to lobby on U.S. soil (either directly or through an org like AIPAC), and U.S. officials who accept $$$ from them should be prosecuted aggressively.

We have enough $$$ in federal government payroll that these boobs should be able to competently formulate foreign policy (based on U.S. interests only!) without allowing to also accept a pile of $100.00 bills folded into an origami colossus every quarter.

I mean, I know you had an agenda in thinking you had a gotcha! moment there, but please read what’s written before seeing boogeyman where there are none.

Why is this either / or for you? Israel and Hamas both suck. So do some Israelis and some Palestinians. The rest of the Israelis and Palestinians are OK.

Again, what’s with the either / or? I think they both suck …
