Everything in her life is a disaster - her film, her flop album, her flop tour, her marriage.

She was just at a career peak last year. The Mother was one of the most seen Netflix films last year. Marry Me also did very well. She’s had career highs since American Idol without missing.

It’s amazing how just reviving the ghost of the Bennifer media phenomenon derailed her fantastic career at 50+

Oh boy I saw Marry Me on a plane and that was a terrible movie. I love Owen Wilson and - he did not shine.

They had zero chemistry in just an awful cheeseball of a film.

who is loving Britney? she gets pity, at best.

She isn’t bashed for not being able to sing or her parenting the way Jennifer is .

Britney's life is tragic - and she does get bashed for her parenting. In fact she lost custody, even.

They are not comparable figures.

It’s terrible but it performed well commercially

Um…didn’t JLo famously play a cleaning lady in one of her most notable movies, “Maid in Manhattan”?

Role was suppose to go to Armie Hammer but his behavior cancelled him from the movie. Owen was available when JLo was for the movie. Quick stand in.

I saw atlas! the script was AWFUL. Jen was okay. I see why she picks romcom's. That's her strength. I liked her in hustlers but that's a hard role to replicate

It’s a Netflix movie, what did you expect?

That was actually Josh Duhamel in the Shotgun Wedding.

I never understood it. Jlo was so pretty and while being Latina was a big part of her brand, its not like she fit the crappy stereotypes people use

I enjoyed Shotgun Wedding. Went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Fun, goofy movie.

Jen has admitted again and again that she is a hopeless romantic.

I think she needs to be single for a couple years and learn to love herself.

she is not looking for love - if she did, she would have found it a long time ago. it's not that hard.

she is looking for a lasting appearance of a perfect, passionate union with a good looking star.

Maybe not for you - but for some people finding love is tough…..
It can even be a lifelong battle.

I disagree that Jennifer Lopez should take time off to be single.

Maybe if she were 25, even 30.
But at her age (55?) she no longer has time on her side.
While certainly beautiful now, her looks will start to wane in the coming yrs.
And she will be in her sixties which is not a decade where she will ever be viewed in the prime of her life.

Rom coms aren’t her best work. Crime dramas are. Hustlers has that element . She makes for a great cop or robber and her fight scenes are believable because she’s fit

DP. If a man is going to write her off because she's 57 and looking rather than 53 and looking, he's a shallow person. Yes, she can afford to take some time to herself to get her priorities and mind straight before possibly entering anoyher serious relationship.
