Arrived. Accepted! The school said they were going out today, but they must have mailed yesterday instead.

Congratulations to the kids and parents bound for NCRC. You are in for a treat -- a wonderful, caring environment. Our DC has spent 2 wonderful years there which are sadly going to come to an end. And "exmissions" remain very strong again this year -- with multiple admits to Sidwell, Beauvoir, Maret, Potomac, Norwood, Sheridan, NPS, WES etc. Enjoy the moment!

Do all the waitlist letters say encouraging things about the child's suitability for NCRC? Do some letters have handwritten comments on the bottom in addition to the typed text? Is there anything one can read into the waitlist letter as to your child's chances in getting off the WL?
