VDA 04's, 06's, 07's, & 08's (boys)

Congrats to the VDA teams on qualifying to the ECNL playoffs in North Carolina in July. Certainly one of the top program in the area for boys and girls.

So bottom tier DA club became a top tier ECNL club. With COVID, team rosters didn’t change much from the DA years.

My kid doesn't play with VDA, but VDA had to best other former DA clubs to land at the top of ECNL since as you know, DA went extinct and as you noted, rosters did not change with covid.

So there's that.

Not really. Per conference standings - U14 Arlington is #1 in the conference, VDA is #3 and Richmond #4. U15 Arlington is #2, Richmond #4, and VDA #6. Didn’t really count the u13 age group because DA didn’t exist for this age group and talent did not really migrate to a DA rosters, but in fairness VDA is #1 in the conference.

This comment actually compliments VDA as having achieved their result by beating other ‘DA worthy’ teams given prior comment that VDA was only doing well because they were in Ecnl playing ecnl teams (which we all know are a bunch of former DA teams now too)...

Believe me 06 & 04’s can’t wait to play them. They hit their prime This is rich. All age groups just got way stronger but those two teams are stacked now. This will be a fun year to say the least and solidify VDA as the top club in this region. MW has made the changes he needed to make and is building that brand together with the high level coaches and strong leadership that is now in charge. VDA will be the destination club in the future that will serve the strongest athletes and provide the best training and development in the DMV starting next season.
