Good dessert to bring as a guest

Going to a friend’s house and tasked with dessert.

What is a good homemade dessert I can bring that can be made earlier in the day and is pleasing to both adults and children.

I love this chocolate cake: https://addapinch.com/the-best-chocolate-cake-recipe-ever/ So, so good, and very easy.

If you want to get a little more involved, this cheesecake is awesome (And really not difficult): https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/classic-cheesecake/ it could be made the day of if you bake it early in the day so it’s got several hours to sit in the fridge.

I made this lemon buttermilk sheet cake recently and it was quite good. Since it doesn't have frosting, it's also easy and quick.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is our go-to to bring as a guest.

I also like the assorted Cheesecake slices from Costco bakery.

I personally don't trust myself to bake anything. It's too stressful for me!
