Skinny people who don't diet but just eat carefully. What is on your plate?

Just trying to compare what others eat.
What is on your play morning to evening?

I am not asking those who diet for some time, I am asking long term skinny person and you know who you are.

How skinny do you want a person to be to get you an answer?
I used to be 107lbs, at 5'4. Now at 50, I am around 116lbs. No dieting.

I watch my portions, eat several fruits and vegetables, lean proteins and some salty and sweet stuff, if I want it. 90% of what I eat has nutritional/energy value, 10% covers my cravings. I just don't go crazy. 48f, 5'7 135, no dieting.

You qualify. Skinny is the state of mind. If you feel you are it then you sure are.

Define skinny.

So what is on your plate? in Terms of daily schedule? Because the general list does not do it.

Okay, step back everyone.. attempting to define skinny.. 3....2... 1...:

If you look like the second from the left body type, the first is kind of sickish, and the third is a healthy but I would not call it skinny.

Looking at this map I wonder if they meant to say.. with those numbers body mass index or age hahahhahaha...

Does anyone really agree with this image of a 24 30 as overweight? I would think this is really not healthy to call a person looking like that overweight by any standards.

Thin after 40 is genetic.

Yes and no. I can take any 40 and feed them what most people eat and watch them blow up!

I’m 5’8 and 118.

For breakfast I had three latkes with sour cream (maybe two tablespoons? I don’t measure, it was a lot). Three 10 oz lattes before lunch.

Lunch was half a leftover chipotle burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, sofritas, cheese, sour cream, and fresh salsa.

Afternoon snack two slices of cheese in between conference calls and then one pita with hummus and two more lattes on conference calls.

Dinner is pizza, probably two slices, and mixed salad. Also one to two glasses of wine (I’m on my first now...we will see). This is a pretty typical day although probably with less veg than usual.

In my case I think it is mostly genetics. I'm not very careful about what/how much I eat. I try to eat veggies for my health, but probably eat no more than average. I regularly eat some junk. I go through periods of drinking regularly (but that usually does make me gain weight, and it tends to fall off when I stop). I don't drink soda/juice/etc. I don't really snack unless I'm very hungry. Generally, i just eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. Sometimes I go through phases of being healthier, but it is mostly because I know it is good to eat healthy. It is not related to a weight goal

To be more specific, here is what i ate yesterday
homemade latte with full fat milk (maybe 1/2 c milk? not sure)
Steel cut oats with a little brown sugar and peanut butter. I intentionally add the peanut butter for extra/calories fat. 1/2 c oats
A leftover slice of deep dish pepperoni pizza for lunch. It is a pretty substantial slice, but I could eat two if it were dinner.
Dinner was a buffalo chicken wrap. shredded chicken, lettuce, blue cheese dressing in a burrito shell.
I had some chips w/melted shredded cheese & jalepenos later, because dinner was a bit light
A glass of wine
