They're trying to deflect from the fact that Gottlieb didn't sign the latest letter from Blake's team. |
I actually give kudos to Blakes PR folks on this one. They can't have known this was coming, or had much warning, and they actually managed to reshape the narrative by a lot in the major outlets by dinner. My friend who I've been texting with about this case as a distraction from her chemo was not online this afternoon and by the time she checked in, the story was much more even than what I saw this afternoon as it broke. I was like "whoa this is terrible for Blake" and her response was "we'll see, seems like freedman is talking out of is a$$." So I actually think this could backfire hugely for Baldoni if freedman doesn't have the goods here. We'll see! |
One theory is Blake at the very least had smoking gun proof Taylor’s relationship with Travis was mutually beneficial fake PR and thought that was a bargaining chip. So this lawsuit drama is why Taylor and Travis have to still pretend to be together, which if even semi-true, is hilarious. This Blake and Ryan scheme is the gift that keeps on giving. lol |
Nah, sorry, wait, maybe that's wrong. He's listed in a signature block, just doesn't sign but Freedman signs. |
This ineffective nonsense is not shaping or re-shaping anything. Everyone knows this is multi million PR, paid for planted stories, and bots. It’s not changing anyone’s minds, grifters are just bleeding Blake and Ryan’s bank accounts. Blake and Ryan should have written a very big check months ago and laid low. |
I don't think that it means anything because all this happened so fast. The odds that Gottlieb was available to just drop whatever was on his schedule this afternoon are slim -- he's a litigator and he might be in depositions, hearings, etc. His statement to TMZ was unequivocal and they got the response out before COB. The fact that it came from Hudson, who is co-counsel, does not strike me as relevant. |
Everyone on this thread knows that. "Everyone" does not know that. I feel way savvier about how these publications work after following this case but most people aren't following at that level. They'll read the headline, take it at face value, and move on. So yes, the the planted stories and the massaged headlines work. Most people are passing observers. |
Holy shit. Make it more obvious you’re an AI PR bot. Jeff needs to ban this nut job. |
This is my favorite comment of the day, I love that you are bringing back the Travis/Taylor fake relationship rumors. I feel like my DCUM experience is coming full circle. |
Excuse me? |
All the high traffic forums, TikTok, YouTube, etc. have all turned against Blake and Ryan. No amount of brigading and bots will fix this. It is over. Maybe a divorced Blake can go on Oprah in summer 2026 and cry about her depression causing her to make all this scheme up. |
I feel like this thread is making mountains out of molehills. The major publications did a nice touch by making sure the headlines noted that all this came from Justin's camp. Bryan Freedman doesn't have the greatest reputation, and most people are seeing this for the potential PR bluster that it is. Gottlieb also did a great job responding so quickly and denying Freedman's claims. Bryan was unwise to involve Taylor -- sure, Justin might capture some Swifties, but most people see this for the PR grab that it is. I actually think Justin comes out of this looking worse, not better.
lol j/k. Did I do a good job of imitating the pro-Lively shill? |
It’s not good for Blake when the Hollywood Reporter, a respected trade magazine, is also publishing the story with an unfavorable headline however this one blames her attorneys https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/general-news/blake-livelys-lawyers-extorting-taylor-swift-justin-baldoni-claims-1236217199/ Blake Lively’s Lawyers Are Extorting Taylor Swift, Justin Baldoni Claims |
Omg yes. Phenomenal. |
