quick little activities

I know this is really silly, but I've been doing a set of squats or a set of wall push-ups after each time I use the bathroom. I just decided it's a quick reason to get a burst of activity and muscle work done in a place that I know I'm by myself. I do a set of 10. Do you think squats and wall push-ups are the best choice? I need to do it standing, I need it to be easy and quick. Any other ideas?

What a great idea! I know I should exercise and approaching it like this makes it seem less formidable. What about ten jumping jacks?

Also, one minute plank on the hour with a one minute wall sit.

I do 10 shoulder exercises in the bathroom: arms straight out and twist each wrist like you are turning a door knob.
