How long after completely weaning did your period return?

| One month almost to the day, both times. After my first pregnancy, it returned and was very regular (I have PCOS and had never had regular cycles in my life). It is more irregular now after my 2nd delivery,. |

#1 - vaginal birth, higher maintenance baby, would never let me put him down, BF every 3 hours around the clock - 6 months
#2 - c section, DH took more time off and lower maintenance baby - 8 weeks EBF for both OP it sounds like it might be time for you to talk to your doctor (and/or take a pregnancy test) |

People are telling you about situations where it returned before they weaned in case you were unaware how common this is. - person whose period returned 9 months postpartum, 4 months before weaning |
