ECNL new division structure - The Chesapeake Bay division

Anonymous
Well, it really should be Mid-Atlantic. Since when Mid-Atlantic includes Carolinas. Bad geographic knowledge from ECNL officials.

Since Mid-Atlantic and already used and cannot be used again for the 2021-2022 new structure, the Chesapeake Bay division sounds like a good one including DE, MD, PA, VA teams.
Do I hear high school season conflicts? Not a problem if you want to have high-level competition, deal with it.

The Chesapeake Division use to be a division in the beginning of ECNL....and I'm sure you're jumping to conclusion.

Boys parent. Prefer current structure. Carolina clubs much stronger than northern clubs excpet Pipeline. Your additions are basically dross.

Maybe...just maybe....is you did some analysis, you may find out that the Chesapeake Division is a division within the Mid-Atlantic Conference....and still has the same teams as now.

But, I digress.

It was just a matter of time.

ECNL just suckered folks in with HS soccer and accommodated HS as long as DA didn’t allow kids to participate. Once DA was out of the picture and ECNL feels they are in the clear they will abandon their support of HS soccer

Where was this announced?

It is not a division, just a division OP wants to see happen.

The GA parents making up falsehoods again in a desperate attempt to keep the implosion from happening.

This isn’t true.

How could this be interpreted as anything but good for local ECNL? Do you really like bus trips to SC/NC or NJ?

They can stop accommodating HS soccer if the want and the players will stop accommodating the ECNL. We have already seen this movie. The ecnl is a business and business is better when HS is accommodated.

Not when you are a monopoly.

ECNL never accommodated HS soccer before DA. There was no rule against playing HS soccer but the ECNL season marched on regardless. Players made their choice and coaches approved or disapproved on a per player basis.

ECNL will revert to how they once were. If you don’t like it then don’t let the door hit you on the way out. Once ECNL has limited GA to mostly rubble they will ditch HS and you will just have to suck it up.
