What's an all-in proposition? Is that a gambling thing?

You’re absolutely wrong and just trying to start trash in the middle of club hopping and recruiting. That’s all.

I don't care. Hop away. I just pay attention to what these leagues are and are not and choose one option that sort of works. There is no perfect solution in all this nonsense. Good luck to your player.

Lol. Sigh

So seem strangely offended that someone choses a different path with their kid.

Or was the path chosen for you? Either way, good luck

Do you actually believe that anyone respects MLS? In light with what happened with the DA, Donyou think that anyone would leave ECNL for the next best thing and burn their last bridge.

Why do we need MLS Next etc. ECNL is trying to consolidate the boys. Let them.

Not interested, especially with the incessant posting and gossiping from either staff or parents. I want my kid to develop, not join a sorority and play middle school and high school soccer in the other half of the season. The level of competition in mls is much much better.

It’s interesting that someone with such concerns seems to be Ill-informed.

The division sounds tasty. Where are the blue crabs, Old Bay, corn, and beer?

Very strange tribalism indeed.

My advice to anyone, find someone who loves you the way ECNL parents love the ECNL patch.

All starters have to get ecnl tattoos. My DS was embarrassed and got it on the bottom of his back just above the crack. The league demands commitment

You heard it hear first.

ECNL will move under preforming age groups at ECNL clubs(bottom three teams in each age group) to ECNL-r and promote the top three teams in the ECNL-r to ECNL. A club must have the majority of their teams in the ECNL to remain as a full member.

And you heard it from the voices in your head.

Same place I heard about DA and Arlington. Rumblings about non competitive games with certain bottom dwelling clubs and will entice more clubs into ECNL-r.

Now that would be a very, very good idea.

My son was not embarrassed. He got the full league name "Elite Clubs National League Mid-Atlantic Division" in the usual place. Sorry about your son - is that genetic?

If you are the same poster, you’ve been right several times. I actually think this would be great. Maybe then all the GAL teams will join ECNL-R and after some time the better ones will work their way into the full ECNL ranks while dropping the pretenders out.
